Refer A Friend - Get $ Back!
by posted 01/31/2018

Now that early bird registration has passed, Pioneer would like to introduce our Refer a Friend program starting now through February 23. Here's how it works...

  1. Talk to your friends about Pioneer, let them know what we are all about!
  2. Encourage them to consider registering with us and to visit www.pbsl.org to learn more.
  3. At registration, remind them to annotate in remarks that they are a referred friend by you.
  4. Let them know we start at Cal Ripken Teeball and go all the way up to 13 to 14 year old Babe Ruth 90' baseball.
  5. We offer free clinics during the season, and will have many more benefits as part of our partnership with the Washington National’s Uniform Program.

What you'll get you ask?

50% registration fee refund issued to you as a way to say thank you for your continued support to Pioneer...

What if we registered at the maximum family rate of $275?

If you get one referral, you’ll get 50% off one registration.   If you get two referrals, you’ll get 50% off entire $275…

What if I'm a scholarship registered player?

You'll get a 100% refund and your friend will get (see below)…

What they get?

50% off their registration fee for this spring….

How do you get the refund?

Our Registrar and Treasurer will continue to monitor registration notes between now and close. In order to get it the Special Remarks has got to say they are a “Referred friend of (your name here)”...

How do they get 50% off registration?

There’s no intuitive way for our registration system to apply rate discounts so your friend will need to complete registration, update the remarks to reflect the statement provided, and once complete hit "cancel" and DO NOT PAY at that time. At some point soon after, we will apply 50% off and a confirmation registration email will be sent to your friend with additional instructions submit their payment.

There's a catch?

Well sort of...your friend must be new to Pioneer and not played with us before. Additionally, your friend's registration fee is not refundable.

If they have any questions about this, or Pioneer, feel free to have them reach out to us at any time.

Once again, thank you for registering for the spring with Pioneer, and hope to welcome your friends on the diamonds with us soon!

Sincerely,

Pioneer Baseball League
